Delightfully NOT Cheese Sauce

This is not your average dairy-free cheese sauce. It is extremely low in fat, and contains real-food ingredients such as, nutritional yeast, mustard, garlic powder, sea salt and arrowroot. Just add water for a creamy, cheesy consistency that you can add to pasta, potatoes, veggies, or just about anything you want to serve cheesy. The whole package makes about 20-oz of Delightfully Not Cheese Sauce, and you can store it in an air-tight container, refrigerated for up to six days.

We are a small-batch coffee roaster located in the tri-state area of northwest Kansas, serving our community since 2012. We roast four-pound batches of coffee beans daily, and we never serve our coffee beyond seven days after it is roasted. This was the platform upon which the name Fresh Seven Coffee was founded. Fresh Seven Coffee began in a 1998 Haulmark trailer, re-purposed into a traditional espresso bar, and parked on the "main" street of downtown Saint Francis, Kansas. Fresh Seven has evolved into a fully operational hand-crafted espresso bar, cafe and community center offering locally-sourced food and beverage options Monday through Saturday. We purchase high quality seasonal coffee beans from all over the world in small batches from the most recent harvest. Our current offerings can be found here.
