We need more desserts in our lives that don't weigh you down, making you feel as if you have a food baby, or the sugar-sweats in 100-plus degree weather. So this is where the Raspberry-Lemon Tartlets come in... they are creamy, tangy, pretty much zero fat, and totally void of refined sugar or nuts. They taste light and creamy. They pair perfectly with a Topo Chico with some fresh-squeezed lime juice OR if you're feeling sassy, a glass of rose. CHEERS!

As you may already know, about a month ago, we decided to start making our dairy-free yogurt for the F7 Muesli, in house. And it's been such a hit! And SO delightfully creamy and tangy. Yum.
So we figured, why not elevate the goodness to the next level and make our granola in house, too?!?! So we did that, and it's so good, guys! SO good ... and also gluten free ... and refined sugar-free ... AND nut free ... We didn't want to leave anyone out here🤷 ... For this round we added organic strawberries, lemon zest, toasted sunflower seeds and pepitas to the equasion.
